Hey there—welcome to Zephyr STR.

We're Denise and the team behind Zephyr Enterprises LLC, and honestly? We just really love hosting people in Scottsdale.

Our thing is pretty simple: we've got two properties in Old Town Scottsdale—the Old Town Casitas and the Old Town Lofts—and we've put a lot of heart into making them feel like home. Not "hotel home," but actual kick-off-your-shoes, grab-a-lime-from-the-tree, fall-asleep-by-the-fire-pit kind of home.

The Casitas are these charming Southwestern-style bungalows with Saltillo tile floors, cozy kiva fireplaces, and a shared courtyard that guests keep falling in love with. We're talking a putting green, a fire pit, a grill, and enough seating to gather the whole crew under the desert stars. Perfect for family trips, friends' getaways, or bachelorette weekends where you want your own space but still want to hang out together.

The Lofts are bright, airy two-level condos with vaulted ceilings and spiral staircases—right on the Scottsdale Greenbelt. Eleven miles of walking and biking paths, lakes, parks, and golf courses literally outside your door. It's that sweet spot of feeling tucked away while being minutes from everything Old Town has to offer.

Both spots are walking distance to the best restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops Scottsdale is known for. We've got local recommendations for days—just ask.

We take care of the details so you can actually relax. Fresh linens, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchens, covered parking, easy check-in. Our guests keep coming back (seriously, check the reviews), and nothing makes us happier than hearing someone say the place felt like theirs for a while.
